We started our property management endeavors like many do, by managing our own family properties and investments. We were working full time so we hired a series of management companies to worry about the day to day. It was extremely difficult to find a company that cared about our family properties the same way we did. Each of our properties had a unique history and story with our family and we wanted them cared for in a way that honored that history and protected our investment so we decided to do it ourselves. Focal Point was born! 

We enjoyed the work so much that we wanted to create a company that would provide this level of care to other property owners. We have since scaled to four markets in three states and continue to grow. We know that many property owners have a similar story as us and are looking for a company that will treat their properties and investments as their own... Your family's property.
